As a family owned property, we are able to offer flexibility with changeover dates with our only requirement being a minimum of 3 nights stay.
Our prices are listed per night and per week. Please note that we offer a 10% discount on the whole booking if the stay exceeds 9 nights (only available to new guests). Previous guests receive a 10% discount on any subsequent bookings.
From 3 September 2011 - 30 October 2011: £60 per night or £375 per week
From 31 October 2011 - 31 March 2012: (excluding festive period - see below): £50 per night or £325 per week
From 17 December - 2 January 2012: £80 per night or £525 per week
From 1 April 2012 - 19 May 2012: £60 per night or £375 per week
From 20 May 2012 - 29 June 2012: £70 per night or £425 per week
From 30 June 2012 - 7 September 2012: £80 per night or £500 per week
From 8 September 2012 - 3 November 2012: £60 per night or £375 per week
The table below shows confirmed bookings (B) only. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit.

Payment information and summary of terms and conditions
We will confirm a booking upon receipt of a 25% deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit or debit card into our paypal account or by cheque to our home address. The deposit is non refundable and must be received within 7 days of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Full payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel your booking within 8 weeks of your arrival date, you will be responsible for the full balance of the booking, however we will advertise the dates on our website and should these be relet, we will refund the payment less the deposit and a £25 administration charge.
We also ask for a £150 key deposit to cover any damages during your stay. This will be refunded to you within 7 days of your departure date.
