Rosie's House is located in a residential area on New Burlington Road, Bridlington YO15 3HU.  It is less than a 5 minute walk from the beach and town centre.  See the map for more information.

Bridlington is situated on the East Yorkshire coast, approximately 30 miles north of Hull, 25 miles south of Scarborough and 40 miles south of Whitby.

It is approximately 120 miles from the East Midlands where we live and takes on average 2 hours to get there.  The quickest route from the south is up the M1, onto the M18 and then M62 before following the A614 to Bridlington. 

From the North, take the A1 and A59 to York and then follow the A166 and A614.

Once in Bridlington, follow the signs to the town centre and just before the traffic lights by which Tesco is situated, you will see New Burlington Road on your right and you are within 30 seconds of your holiday home from home!

Rosie's House is located in a restricted parking zone.  A parking permit is provided with each booking. 

Without a permit, parking is restricted to one hour between 9am and 6pm.  After 6pm, parking is unrestricted until 9am the following morning.  As Bridlington is a holiday resort, public car parks are busy during the summer months, however we have always found somewhere close to the house!

Rosie's House is only a short distance from the Bridlington train station and bus station.
