Rosie’s House was built in the early twentieth century and is a mid terrace property in New Burlington Road, Bridlington.  It has four bedrooms and eight beds: a king, a double, a bunk bed and two single beds.  Each room has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table.  There are additional blankets in each room should there be a cold Yorkshire night during your stay.  Most of the rooms are centrally heated although the two on the top floor are provided with free-standing electric radiators.

There is a bathroom with separate bath, shower and WC, with an additional toilet next to the bathroom.

Downstairs, the lounge is equipped with a three piece suite, a coal-effect gas fire and a TV, Freeview and DVD player.  There is also a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and board games for your enjoyment.  The dining room has a table and six chairs with further seating available in the kitchen.  A stereo is also provided.

A travel cot and high chair are available for the younger member of your party.

The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and as much crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as you will need.  We have also provided a washer/dryer as we know how useful they can be when you are away from home!  There are some washing tablets under the sink along with the pegs for the washing line.  There are also a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, iron and ironing board in the pantry, should you need them!

In the yard behind the house, there is a BBQ and some charcoal for your use along with some garden furniture to enjoy the long summer evenings.

Rosie's House is a no-smoking property and has a gas safety certificate in place.  There are also smoke and carbon monoxide alarms on each floor for your peace of mind.

Please note that bedding is provided, however towels and bedding for the cot are not.

We have a local property supervisor, Darren, who is on hand if required.  This provides you our guests with some local knowledge and reassurance should any issues arise.
